| Abstract: | The construction of redundant projects is the underlying causes of vicious competition; non-standard and imperfect commodity market is the important causes of of vicious competition; imperfection and incompatibility of economic structural reform are the structural causes of vicious competition and some local governments become the umbrella of vicious competition. the policy measures to be adopted to prevent vicious competition: to amplify and standardize market order, amplify the degree of market order maintenance, establish trades society, strengthen trade self-discipline, increase effective demand, further implement coordinative economic structural reforms and turn the enterprises into self-restraining and self-developing economic entities. |
