| Abstract: | Proceeding from positive investigations, the paper discusses the relationship between the working enthusiasm of laborers and working duration. It points out that the working enthusiasm decreases with the increase of working years. So, it is necessary to establish a rational flow mechanism for laborers and make it a component part of the stimulation mechanism. |
