| Abstract: | Further agricultural development should be strengthened to enhance the level of absorbing labour force. Labour export should be developed to open up the international labour market. Education should be developed to enhance the qualities of employees. The management system of household registration should be reformed and development strategies of large coastal cities should be implemented. In the future development, the method of utilizing development of township enterprises to build small towns and cities should be abandoned and the thinking of building large, extra-large or even super-large cities should be established. |
