| Abstract: | Due to the special economic structure before reform, the market demands with villagers as the main body become lessened, and the cause of shifting country's surplus labor sluggish. The decrease of input's income leads to the slow development of rural production. So the key of the strategy to develop the country in 1990s is to concentrate on the principal contradiction of shifting country's labour force. |
