| Abstract: | The small-scale and single-structure family prospects will make the housing development dealers to select an apartment with two bedrooms and two halls as the major type of flat. The ageing population has also brought challenges and chances to them. So they should employ the "elaborate division" market tactics to develop the apartment houses for the old and residental houses shared by two or more in a bid to occupy "silver hair housing market". The floating population in Xiamen city will increase by a wide margin in the future and so the number of households resulting from the fact that the scale of families becomes smaller. Because of the above, the housing market in Xiamen city will have a vast range of prospects and the housing industry will become really a new economic growth point. |
