Abstract:This viewpoint article concentrates on issue and crisis management and benchmarking. It reviews the case study approach from the organizational learning perspective and discusses what positive organizations can adopt from others experiences. The article highlights a fact that usually case studies focused on crisis management are stories about failures and well handled crises are seldom used as examples.
