Abstract:The purpose of the article is to investigate the effect of motives for online shopping on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. The study is conducted amongst customers of two UK-based e-tailers by online surveys. The results show that convenience, variety seeking and social interaction have an influence on customer satisfaction. The findings also show that e-satisfaction is positive effect on e-loyalty.
