| Abstract: | Most companies do not measure the value of investment in enterprise resource planning (ERP). When the CFO is involved in ERP sponsorship, a company is more likely to measure the value of its ERP system. Metrics used for ERP valuation include both financial and nonfinancial metrics, but not always a pure ROI calculation. |
