Abstract:This study has two objectives: to explore the primary reasons affecting British tourists' decision making while taking a summer holiday in two resorts and to identify customer segments. Results showed that five segments were found: fuzzy tourists, recretional-type, active, escape seekers and relax-quiet tourists.
