| Abstract: | The reform of China's mode of aid to foreign countries aims mainly at pursuing the preferential loans with the interest deducted by the respective governments, implementing the external aid projects in the form of entering into partnership or cooperative business operation and increasing properly the proportion of free aid given to the least developed countries. At present, China has signed 30 framework agreements for preferential loans with 25 recipient countries, 15 project loan agreements, among which 10 have been put into practice. It, however, can not satisfy the urgent need of many developing countries. So we should sum up experiences in this line, which means that we should grasp tightly chances, choose accurately projects, do a good job in organization and strengthen management. |
