Abstract: | The study was designed to examine the trade-offs that luxury hotels' business travellers are willing to accept between (1) functional physical environments and (2) personalized services. It is an initial attemt to measure business travellers' selected needs vis-à-vis just a few products and services generally offered by luxury hotels. In this case the subjects were all business people based in Singapore. |
