| Abstract: | A survey of hospitality managers worldwide found that human-resources issues were the foremost concern for the industry. Somen 57 percent of the surveyed identifies human-resources issues as the industry's major challenge. Other concerns were understanding the customer, effectively using capital, aigning stakeholders' interests, using information technology, and valuing brands. |
