Abstract: | It is important that the number of employees working responses to the desired level of service. This article concentrates on finding out the best duration for planning intervals. Planning intervals are divided into periods of data collection and scheduling employees. The results show that the managers will prefer fifteen-minute intervals to be the most effective. |
