| Abstract: | This article deals with political drivers and knowledge based theories within the management of multinational companies. A research and education center IIB (Institute of International Business) at the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden has conducted research on international business and MNCs since its beginnings in 1976. Its research on the success of multinational corporations has centered on the organization and management of MNCs and the reasons behind their success. The article assesses the success of MNCs and their functioning within international networks. |
