| Abstract: | According to a new logic, customers are always service co-producers and value co-creators, not simple targets of marketing. This article explores this key proposition, analyzing service co-production and value co-creation phenomena in the business-to-business (b-to-b) segment with the focus on the case of service-oriented architecture (SOA) with a qualitative analysis of two firms pioneering the implementation of SOA solutions. |
