| Abstract: | According to the standard of 5 yuan per cubic meter, the fee of the forestry protection and construction is totally collected by the local forestry department during the timber's sale transaction. But the timber produced by the national forestry industrial enterprise or sold by the individual forestry peasants on the collective forms is exempt from this kind of fee. The changing standard is to be put into effect on February 3rd, 1994. |
