| Abstract: | The oil production is limited by the resource seriously in China. We need to tend towards the advantages and avoid the disadvantages in the survival environment bitterly and international competition, abate the dependency on the international market of oil as soon as possible. In our idea, we should stabilize the east area, develop the west area, and stare at the sea, adjust the productive structure of oil and natural gas, and establish the strategic oil stock . |
