| Abstract: | How can we educate every adult worker to become more adaptable? Can we enhance creative thinking and problem solving skills? These abilities are the foundation of the interpersonal and team skills needed for group effectiveness. The authors propose an approach to workforce education that uses one to one and small group tutorials to teach a wide range of job related skills, while diagnosing specific learning problems. Along the way, employees increase their ability to learn how to learn. |
