Abstract:This article provides greater understanding about organizational learning in the context of tourism crisis management and destination marketing organization (hereafter as DMO). The framework of this paper is based on concepts related to organizational change such as doubting, double loop learning and the core processes of evaluative enquiry. In order to develop successful tourism crisis communication strategies, DMOs should question their existing way of thinking and models of action. Also DMOs' ability to learn and make critical evaluations can influence the marketing recovery activities.
