| Abstract: | The suggestions are as follows: (1) enriching and perfecting the system of laws and regulations on supervision and management of foreign financial institutions, which should meet the need of the situation, and be unified, (2) strictly checking the qualification of market entry-permitting for foreign financial institutions, (3) further perfecting the contents of supervision and management of foreign financial institutions, (4) establishing a set of complete and close systems of check and supervision as soon as possible, (5) accelerating the training of staff to raise the level of supervision and management, (6) establishing the same-trade organizations with the nature of self-discipline and coordinating the relations between them, (7) strengthening the nature of self-discipline of foreign banks in business. |
