| Abstract: | It is reported that the newly increased financial institutions totalled 155. The introduction and development of foreign-funded banks have promoted utilising foreign investment in China and brought from the West partial advanced financial tools. But allowing foreign-funded banks to do RMB business has also produced certain negative influence. This paper makes exploration and raises suggestions with regard to the issues concerning the conditions for doing RMB business, management, the network of commercial establishments, supervision and management of business involving savings deposit and credit, the limit of inter-bank lending and foreign exchange transaction, management of interest rate and tax collection as well as daily supervision and management. |
