Abstract: | Shanghai's foreign-funded banks' giving loans feature low interest rate, large amount of money, long term, relaxed conditions and good service. Foreign-funded banks themselves have obvious advantages and the objective conditions are also favourable to foreign-funded banks' conducting business in the neigh neighbour areas. They have played an active role in easing the contradiction between demand and supply of funds and promoting economic development, but also produced negative effect on China's banks. They decided to develop further business in the neighbouring areas and make RMB business infiltrate in these areas. So the central bank and domestic banks should formulate corresponding effective policies. |
