Abstract:This paper concerns maintenance of relationships, especially the role of attraction in the process of maintaining relationships. The authors develop a conceptual model which contains suggested relationships between attraction, trust, commitment, interaction and housing/adaptation. The developed model supposes the determinants of attraction as economic, social and resource-based factor. The article deduces implications for further research.
