Abstract:This article concentrates on corruption in organizational context. In this study, the concept of corruption is defined as the abuse of authority for personal benefit. Weberian authority model is applied in order to develop a model describing different types of organizational corruption. Special attention is paid to procedural, schematic and categorical corruption. Finally, managerial implications and future research directions are proposed.
