| Abstract: | This paper will describe a management education program designed to integrate knowledge and experience in a context of strategic change that was developed in a partnership between a university-based team and a corporation implementing strategic change. The elements of the program and the learning reported by participants will be described in the following sections. The paper concludes with a description of the implications of using this model for advanced management education. |
