| Abstract: | Use of information systems still causes more problems for the companies - mostly for the small and medium ones - than they are capable of solving. An inquiry was carried out among small and medium-sized companies of the food service sector into the causes of difficulties. It is clear, that the still underdeveloped information systems do not meet the needs of the companies. New methods of elaboration are described, involving specialists, managers and customers, which must allow for the company, large and small alike, to succeed in integrating the information systems. |
