| Abstract: | Systems professionals must keep up with the latest technology. This is often termed continuing education or professional development. Introduced is a certification program with a continuing education component for recertification. With the current technology base, numerous non traditional alternatives are available: videotapes, audio-cassettes and learning diskettes - computer-based learning. These alternatives may be used by large corporations, smaller companies with a limited continuing education and individuals. |
