Abstract:Most commodities and services are directly or indirectly associated with people at last. Therefore, population information should be lightly important for the enterprise and commercial circles. But the Chinese enterprise and commercial circles are indifferent to population information. The reasons are as follows: 1. Enterprises haven't really made their way into market. 2. The enterprise and commercial circles don't adapt themselves to the buyers' market which has just appeared in China. So to change such a situation, reform must be deepened and the long-term buyers' market formed in the course of establishment of modern enterprise system and unified market.
