| Abstract: | "Trade Related Investment Measures" is one of the three topics for discussion in the Uruguary Round. It would exert far-reaching influence on the international direct investment. This paper highlights the preferential measures to the developing countries in the above measures and the way to solve the problems arising from its implementation. Besides, it analyzes the significance of China's insisting on the status as a developing country to its introduction of foreign capital and avoiding the monopoly of foreign-funded industries as well as the successes in opening the fields for foreign investment through unremitting efforts. |
