| Abstract: | Developing nuclear power industry is one of the nation's general strategic decision-making and long views. The major goals are to provide a huge civil demand market for nuclear industry, and to increase the level of energy security in order to meet the demands of environment protection. In addition, under current circumstances in China, nuclear industry can not get through the initial stage unless being a policy-related industry. Since it shoulders massive social functions, certain supports and protections from the nation should be bestowed to nuclear industry. |
