| Abstract: | Can you benchmark the impact of communities of practice? It is certainly a difficult task, as the article's authors will testify. In order to develop a better evidence base for evaluating the effects of CoPs, the authors collaborated with the Knowledge and Innovation Network (KIN) and the IKON Research Group at Warwick Business School to launch the 1st large-scale study of CoPs across a range of sectors. The findings are discussed and the next stages of the research are explained. |
