| Abstract: | 762 managers (hereafter as: mgrs.) in Kuwait were investigated as to their work values and the loyalty (here as: w-vals-and-lty.), that is, profession, commitment to hard work, and principles. The results indicate that mgrs. scored high on w-vals-and-lty. Demographic and organizational variables had significant influence on managerial orientations. Specifically, expatriates and female mgrs. showed a high commitment to w-vals-and-lty. In summary, the findings suggest that mgrs. in Kuwait are highly committed to contemporary w-vals-and-lty. |
