| Abstract: | Most articles on the development of management outside "the West" plead for a more extensive use - albeit adopted - of the "American model". In fact, they tend to believe that there is more of a universality about management than local differentiation. The author takes the reader through eminent Indian philosophers to reach some different conclusions. Values and disvalues, and profound philosophical truths presented. |
