| Abstract: | This paper discusses the defence conversion problem faced by defence contractors for a better understanding of the difficulties associated with conversion efforts. a special conceptual framework for analyzing the conversion dilemma is suggested. It may help defence companies during the decision making process while considering transitions into civilian markets and serve as a basis for research on the defence conversion dilemma. |
