Abstract:This paper discusses where does knowledge (hereafter as: knwl.) come from giving two main answers: French tradition and British tradition. Kant distinguishes btw. a priori and a posteriori knwl. This distinction is essential for any kind of knowledge management (KM). The paper argues that knowledge manager should be familiar with the distinction.
