Abstract: | This article aims at providing some re-orientation for the use of the concept of knowledge (hereafter as: knw.) within management studies. Informed by philosophy of science a revised concept of knw. is suggested, basically drawing on communication and reflection. The key idea is that knw. should be treated as a distinctive term allowing for a differentiation between knw. and non-knw. Hence, the suggested concept makes discursive examination a central part of the notion of knw. |
