Abstract: | The controller's tasks and roles are described. The relationship between controlling and marketing is analyzed. The most important themes in controlling are pictured in a matrix. The information needs are identified. The controller's role in cost control is examined. It is shown how controlling can help maintenance and repair. Logistics is also a very significant area where controlling can play an indispensable role, mainly by the process cost accounting. The relationships between marketing, production and controlling are discussed. Some cost accounting principles are mentioned. |
