Abstract:Many companies in the consumer and investment goods markets are considering of internationalising their so far domestic Key-Account-Management because of the upcoming European Common Market. Strategic as well as operative tasks of the Euro-KAM are analyzed. A few suggestions about a better organization of Euro-KAM are included.
