| Abstract: | Recently, the stock markets in China saw a persistent slow development mainly because of the low-quality listing companies and the highly-concentrated examining and approving system which does not follow the principles of market economy. So we should make full use of market mechanism and reform examining and approving system, providing the innovated enterprises with strict examination of qualification. |
