| Abstract: | At present, the development of trade associations in China can not meet the demand of socialist market economy with a low level, a small number and imperfect function. Therefore trade associations should be organized: First, enterprise's development is decided by its production form and its wide associations with society. Second, the setup of trade associations helps the transition of government function, also meets the demand of boosting enterprises with going into international markets as the result. |
