| Abstract: | At present, problems exist in the investment field in Hebei province that the investment structure is not reasonable enough, few capitals going to the technical improvements and the investment returns undesirable. So the investment system, basing itself upon market, should define the main scale of investment, establish investment risk mechanism, standardize the investment practice, which are advantageous to the perfecting of investment structure, the properly controlling of investment scale , and the increasing of investment income. |
