| Abstract: | The basic point in establishing modern enterprise system is to clarify property rights relationships, of them the property ownership is held by government , property rights by organs which are pointed by government, and management rights by enterprises. And further more, we should perfect administrative system, establish financial accounting system and auditing setup that not only meet the demand of market economy, but are in line with international conventions. And last, we should speed up according reforms, enterprise's exterior environment perfected. |
