| Abstract: | The second part of the article compares the resource requirements and costs of both methods. Time periods required for obtaining the results are parallelled and hazards are pointed out. Suggestions are made when to choose TQM or BPR. Some ideas are presented about the possible application of the two methods in Hungary. |
