Abstract:The article reviews, critiques and integrates three psychological perspectives on the relationship btw. wealth and subjective well-being. The perspectives dealt with are the comparative perspective, the goal attainment perspective and the hedonic perspective. In addition to providing a critical analysis, the article integrates these three perspectives into a single composite model.
