It is harmful to the real establishing of state-owned commercial banks' operation mechanism and it is unfit for the current macroeconomic environment. Decrease of deposit-reserve requirement rate will expand the function range of state-owned commercial b banks and enable the financial market to get new motivations for development. It is beneficial to enriching residents' asset composition and creating a loose and comfortable economic environment for the sustainable development of economy. However in the short run, it may impose influence on commercial banks' independent utilization of funds and make the central bank's macroeconomic control more difficult.
