Abstract:This article first discusses the notions of value creation, collaborative advantage and the value net. Then the focus is turned to how to achieve collaborative advantage through increasing one's added value. Lastly, the airline industry will be highlighted to illustrate the application of the analytical framework, and implications for managers will be drawn.
