| Abstract: | This article is about business strategies. It gives reasons to managers why they should spend time planning a business strategy. Writers are suggesting a new approach to strategy planning. They say that managers need to recognize that, for most business over the long term, strategic transformation is a critical requirement to achieve high levels of firm performance. The article also claims that the real challenge of managing strategy is to develop the ability to manage both routine and transformational strategic change. |
