Abstract: | This paper aims to critique current epistemologies of knowledge (here as: knwl.) and intellectual capital, providing a way forward within an integrated framework. The Knowledge Process Cycle is used to explore and to analyse how different communities' types produce a set of different kinds of information and knwl., and to formulate a more coherent, theoretically rigorous epistemology. A more detailed analysis of strategic knwl. and communities of practice (CoPS) will be explored in further research. |
