Abstract:More companies than ever recognize the advantage of having creative people on staff. As such, they are moving forward with courses designed to unlock the creativity within their employees. According to a survey cited in the Creative Learning International newsletter, The Innovator, 25 p.c. of all organizations that employ more than 100 people offer creativity training, which is a 540 p.c. increase in four years. Corporations realize that no matter how large they are, they do not have all the resources to take advantage of all the opportunities they have.
