| Abstract: | The general commodity trade of Sino-Russian economy and trade finds difficulties in maintaining long term economic and trade relations between the two countries and is unable to play the role of promoting the optimization of both countries' industrial structures. So the way out is to take the road of development cooperation with complementary structure. Development means to develop and utilize resources through deepening cooperation. The key to the cooperation with complementary structure is to enhance both sides' ability of technological development and product innovation. The way and mode of realizing such a cooperation are to form international group corporations in a bid to jointly develop the products of regional pillar industry and establish small regional economic cooperation areas. |
